Helena Ford, born and raised in Chicago, is a life-long musician and improvisor; after playing saxophone in high school band for the better part of her life, she began to teach herself guitar and developed a passion for free jazz, metal, and classical music. It was in these mediums that she found her footing in improvisation, prioritizing extemporaneous composition and tapping into the metaphorical muse in order to present ambitious and confrontational soundscapes. She has been developing her craft since she was eighteen and has since added several more projects to her discography; she has performed as Helena Ford and The Human Veil (a dungeon synth adjacent project), and also records under the pseudonyms Gossamer Snow, Vivian Darkwood, Pardes Rimonim, and The Driftless Three. Her primary influences as a composer are Keiji Haino, Glenn Branca, and Cosey Fanni Tutti.

Hailing from southwest Michigan, Braeden Rodriguez seeks to make art that is both sincere and arresting. They combine the raw unpredictability of no-input mixing board with austere synthesizer textures and field recordings.
**********
Christopher Riggs is an autistic person who plays experimental music on the electric guitar. Without the use of processing or FX, they squeeze sounds from their guitar the Chicago Reader has called “unapologetically ugly”.
